Situated in the south west of
Sardinia, within the wide territory of Sulcis-Iglesiente, it is surrounded
by wonderful attractions: the wild and spectacular natural oasis
of the Marganai park, bright cliffs unique in their kind, gold sandy
beaches that extend for kilometres, like those of your dreams, and
many mining sites: witnesses of a past that re-echoes in the present.
The city is seat of the geo-mining Park, recognised as world patrimony
by UNESCO. It has beyond 95 archaeological sites that embrace a
period of time that goes from the pre-nuragic era up to nowadays.
The farm-holiday “Su Bistentu” is
in the heart of this paradise, and offers to you the possibility
to visit all these
places, in collaboration
with the ETHNOS Association, which will take you everywhere through
amazing guided trips by mountain bike
or comfortable sat in a jeep.
